Minimum 10 players, shown with 12, 2 teams. O1, O2 and O3 attack X1 and X2. Remaining players at sideline outlet positions.

On a stop or score, X1 or X2 outlets to X3 and they attack against O4 and O5, who can come onto the court only on the change of possession. O1, O2 and O3 leave the court and go to their outlet line.
On the next stop or score, O4 or O5 will outlet to O6 and attack against X4 and X5.
Options
- O4 and O5 come on as the ball crosses halfway going the other way, but must stay near midcourt until the attack against them begins on a stop or score
- team O can press in the frontcourt, and O4 and O5 come on as their team shoots but must touch the centre circle with their foot (That's a Foul, Feb. 2006)
- X3 comes on when team O shoots, can help rebound and defend on a miss
- with only 5 players on team O, O1 would come back to be the outlet for O4 and O5
