Minimum 12 players, 2 teams. O1, O2 and O3 attack X1 and X2. Remaining players at the midcourt sidelines. When the ball crosses centre, X3 runs into the centre circle then defends.

On a stop or score, X1, X2 and X3 attack against O4 and O5, who can come onto the court only on the change of possession. When the ball crosses centre O6 runs into the centre circle then defends. O1, O2 and O3 leave the court and go to the sideline.
Option - O4 and O5 come on to defend the next attack as the ball crosses midcourt going the other way, but must stay near midcourt until the attack against them begins on a stop or score.
