3 teams of 4. Team O attacks 4 v 2 against team X. When the ball crosses centre X3 and X4 run into the centre circle then defend with X1 and X2. Two defenders from team 2 wait to defend the next attack (optionally moving up near midcourt until the attack begins, or touching the centre circle before defending).
Options
- 5 on 5 with two delay defenders
- 5 on 5, 4 on 4, or 3 on 3 with one delay defender

(a) On a stop or score, defending team X attacks team 2, and two more defenders on team 2 come in when the ball crosses centre.
Two players from team O leave the court to the sidelines, and two remain to defend (optionally moving up near midcourt or touching the centre circle).

(b) If attacking team O scores they attack team 2 (UNLV). Two defenders from team X remain, two leave to the sidelines.
As in option (a), team X attacks team 2 if it stops team O.
