Transition Defense Drills
Drill name: 3 on 3 Full Court Drill

1) 3 on 3 Full Court
Drill starts with the offense taking the ball out of bounds. Defense will pick up full court and pressure the entire time. Must be controlled and try to stop the score. When there is a score, rebound, or turnover the drill is done and a new group will come on the court.
2) 3 on 3 Full Court Up and Back
Drill is the same as above, except that once there is a score, rebound, or turnover, the defense will bring it back down attempting to score.
POINTS:
If the offense misses, pick up at 1/2 court.
If the offense makes, pick up full court.
