4 attackers on the court, with four defenders on the baseline. When coach passes to an attacker, the defenders close out into correct on-ball, deny and help positions. Coach passes to each attacker in turn, then attackers and defenders switch.

Variations /Varyasyonlar

- the attacking team shoots and crashes the boards, defenders box out/Hücum takımı şut atar ve hücum ribaunduna girerken savunma takımı box out yapar.
- attackers must make 1 or more passes before shooting (see the 4 on 4, 3-stop scrimmage)
