Players will play 5 on 5 in the half-court. On the whistle, the offensive team immediately puts the ball down and the offense becomes defense and the defense becomes offense as both teams transition to the opposite end. The person who has the ball when the whistle blows must pick up a player other than the one that was guarding him when changing to defense.Oyuncular yarı sahada 5' e 5 oynarlar.Düdükle,hücum takımı topu yere koyar veya savunmdan bir oyuncuya verir o oyuncuda kenardaki coacha verir,ve hücum savunma,savunma hücum olur.Her iki takımda karşı sahaya transitiona geçerler.Düdük öttüğü zaman top elindeki hücum oyuncusu savunmaya geçerken onu tutan adamı değil başka bir adam alır.

Players must change from offense to defense with no hesitation and sprint in transition. Players must communicate with one another to get matched up.
